Italian speaking Office Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a City based law firm for a professional and well-presented individual to join their delightful front of house team as an office administrator with fluency in Italian. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to speak and write English to mother tongue standard is essential.
As a reception administrator with fluent Italian, you will provide a wide range of front of house and secretarial duties which include meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional manner, screening all incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, booking taxis and meeting rooms, preparing meeting documents and presentations, managing the office stationery and IT equipment, typing up and translating documents between in EnglishItalian, liaising with suppliers, assisting the office PA with ad-hoc departmental support and keeping the reception arear tidy at all times.
Suitable candidates must be English to mother tongue standard with fluent written and spoken Italian, well-presented; display professionalism at all times and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Previous reception or office administration experience would be highly desirable although training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for an Italian speaking graduate with office administration or reception experience to join a small, friendly working environment with beautiful modern offices!
