Italian or Spanish speaking Legal Secretary
A vacancy has arisen within a prestigious legal practice for a polished and highly organised bilingual legal secretary with fluent Italian or Spanish to provide seamless 1:1 secretarial and administrative support to one of the firm's lawyers.
You will be working in a very busy multinational legal environment which will involve the production of legal documentation in English and Italian or Spanish (typing up legal documentation, involvement with the dossiers and cases), together with direct client liaison via phone, email and face to face. This is a very involved role where you will be working very closely with a senior lawyer, becoming the go to person whilst the lawyer is out of the office.
Your daily duties will involve managing a busy diary, booking appointments, client liaison, screening calls and emails, taking and relaying messages in a timely manner and dealing with post) meeting and greeting clients and guests , producing and editing legal documentation and translation support in both English and Italian or Spanish. Ideally you will have proven experience of having done this before within the UK. A keen eye for detail is essential for some proof reading in English and for working with specific dossiers and cases.
Another key aspect of your role as an Italian or Spanish speaking legal secretary will involve direct client contact; therefore a high level of professionalism, first class written and verbal communications are essential for this position. Suitable candidates must be English to mother tongue standard with fluent written and spoken Italian or Spanish. You will need to be resilient, very organised, independent, methodical and able to cope with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure.

* A stable PA / Secretarial background including UK based work experience
* Demonstrable PA / Secretarial experience from within a corporate / legal environment
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail
* Professional, trustworthy, discreet and excellent communication skills
* Typing speed of at least 60wpm
* You will need to be resilient, very organised, methodical and able to cope with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure and be able to work independently
